Oooh, tough choice. I like them all, but I suppose my fave has to be... Flash Freeze, mainly because it can be the most useful, although, so can the others, especially the Regeneration.

Light Jak Flight. It helps to reach hard-to-reach places and the affects are cool.

I would have to say the Light jak Sheild! The only bad thing I have to say about it is that you cant use a gun while doing it. (you may be able to attack by standing next to people but I havent tried this yet).
